President/CEO Message

October 7, 2021

Happy Thursday! I am excited that tomorrow is Friday. I hope everyone had a wonderful week; mine was very busy and highly productive. I had the opportunity to meet with external foundations and organizations and discuss Compton College and the Compton Community College District. I am very hopeful this leads to additional funding opportunities to support student success at Compton College. As mentioned in the President/CEO Message - August 30, 2021, Chris Ferguson, Program Budget Manager with the California  Department of Finance, and I provided a presentation at today's October 7, 2021, Compton College Academic Senate meeting on the Compton College Full-Time Equivalent Student (FTES) Hold Harmless Provision and Compton College Enrollment. A copy of the presentation is available here. If you have any questions or need additional information related to this presentation, please email me at kcurry@compton.edu.
