Chat with an EOPS/CARE Counselor Online
EOPS/CARE offers the opportunity to meet with an EOPS/CARE Counselor now via chat. If the Counselor's light is green, meaning they are "Online," you can click on "Knock on Door." The following are reasons to chat online:
- Ask quick academic questions
- EOPS/CARE Application questions
- Schedule an appointment for Educational plan
- Update educational plan
- Schedule an appointment for 1st contact
- Schedule an appointment for 2nd contact
- Schedule an appointment for 3rd contact
- Discuss general information about a certification and/or an AA/AS program
- Discuss general information about transfer admission requirements (i.e. CSU, UC, and/or private universities admission requirements)
- Referrals to other programs and services
- Guidance on next steps
- EOPS/CARE contact deadlines
- Appeal updates
- Assist with petitions
- Workshop information
- Hours of operation
EOPS/CARE Counselors are available on a first-come-first-serve basis or by appointment during the following hours:
Monday-Thursday 8:30 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.
Fridays- 8:30 A.M. - 12 P.M.
