If the Advisor's light is green, "Online", you can click on "Knock on Door" to begin chatting. If they are not "Online " you can click "Send Offline Message" to send them an email. A Guided Pathways Advisor can: 

• Answer quick questions. Note, student educational plans are not a part of online chat. 
• Provide referrals to other programs and services.
